"Crown Him"
Sometimes a piece doesn’t need to be completely reinvented. It just needs a little redemption.
This one stayed roughly the same at its heart—the flowers and composition were still working. But the background? It just wasn’t quite there.
So I covered that lackluster light blue and hymn-paper background with layers of lush, textured blues and greens, adding touches of ethereal white to give the feeling of soft clouds drifting behind the flowers. ☁️🌿
And I kept one of my favorite details: the vase is made from vintage hymn paper featuring “Crown Him with Many Crowns.” 👑
A little more texture.
A little more depth.
A little more atmosphere.Sometimes redemption doesn’t mean starting over.
Sometimes it means seeing what’s already there—and giving it new life. ✨
This is another piece from my Redeemed Redo Collection, where old paintings get a second chance to become something I love even more.
