"Present Beauty Revived" from the Redeemed Redo Collection:
 
Sometimes a painting just needs a little redemption.

The original was an 12x12 wrapped canvas covered in hymn music and bold royal blue and purple circular flowers. I loved the idea—but over time, it just never felt quite *right.*

So I gave it new life. 💙

I let the circular flowers inspire me to create textural flowers and a felt a little folk art inspiration to make a unique patchwork pitcher.

The hymn paper is still underneath (in the background and the pitcher handle as well.) The story is still there. But now? It has a whole new expression.

That’s the heart of my Redeemed Redo Collection: taking something that didn’t quite work and giving it another chance to become something beautiful.
